What SameScope Is
SameScope generates a project-planning document, called a scope of work, based on information you provide about a home renovation project. It is an AI-assisted planning aid. It is not a legal contract, not a substitute for a licensed contractor’s site visit, and not professional architectural, engineering, or legal advice.
Payment
SameScope is a one-time purchase of $29 per document. There is no subscription and no account is required.
Corrections
Your first correction is free. If something in your document doesn’t match what you described, reply to your delivery email and tell us what needs to change.
Refunds
All sales are final once your scope of work has been generated and delivered to the email address you provided. If you paid and did not receive your document due to a technical issue on our end, contact us at hello@samescope.com and we will either resend it or refund you in full.
Accuracy
SameScope generates your document based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy before sharing it with a contractor. SameScope does not verify licensing, insurance, or the qualifications of any contractor you choose to work with.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SameScope’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of this service is limited to the amount you paid. SameScope does not guarantee any specific contractor bid outcome, prevented dispute, or project result.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as SameScope grows. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
